1. Take A Hot Bath Or Shower With Body Wash
Hot water will help open up your pores, and prepares the skin for cleansing. Use a good body wash to soften the skin.
2. Remove Dead Skin Cells
Once the skin has softened, its time to scrub! There are many ways to exfoliate your skin; shower gloves, brushes, sponges and body scrubs. Choose the one you prefer. Scrub your entire body in small circular motions. Pay extra attention to your heels, elbows and knees, which are the driest parts of our skin.
3. Apply Moisturizer
After getting out of the shower, it’s time to moisturize the skin. It’s important to hydrate after scrubbing, or else it can feel dry and irritated.
